Elisabeth Pollard

Empathetic and efficient, Elisabeth is a sharp solicitor who is highly experienced in all legal matters regarding wills, probate, trusts and powers of attorney. Her clients include those with: split families; difficult family relationships; second or multiple marriages; family members with highly special needs, such as children with a disability or parents with dementia.

With more than 20 years legal experience, Elisabeth provides excellent legal advice even under tight deadlines, as some of her clients need matters to be resolved very quickly, perhaps before their imminent death or further mental decline.

As she takes instructions from clients thoroughly and effectively, Elisabeth’s clients confidently give her the space to handle their affairs, knowing she will ask them for input when needed, before producing the final, satisfactory, result. Elisabeth does not like to waste her clients’ time, money and emotional effort going back and forth with questions; this explains her reputation for getting it right the first time.

She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trust Estate and Estate Practitioners. Elisabeth is part of The Dementia Friendly Winchester Action Group in a voluntary role; she has seen too many times the pain and confusion caused by dementia and is a passionate advocate for those with Dementia to receive excellent legal advice and treatment, so their wishes can be executed as well as everyone else’s.
