Felicity is an engaging, personable, and committed solicitor with over 10 years’ criminal law experience in South Africa. In 2017 she undertook the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) to retrain as a Solicitor in England and Wales. She had a connection with the firm as shortly after she moved to the UK, she met with one of our partners, Chloe Jay, and did some work experience at Shentons.

She has always been passionate about access to justice and to that end has dedicated much of her career to public defending and liaising with pro bono and non-profit organisations to share best practice. She also tutors other international lawyers completing their law conversion course to work in the UK.

Analytical and dedicated, Felicity digs deeply into relevant law and rulings to establish the most probable outcome; this helps to give her clients a realistic evaluation of their case. She is an assured and tenacious Advocate, representing her clients throughout their cases, from their first enquiry to their final court hearing.
