Kind, efficient and thorough, clients appreciate how Katie puts them at ease as she helps them navigate through the law. Katie knows all too well that every client’s circumstances differ. She knows that where there’s a Will there are risks and is pleased to be part of a team that helps clients mitigate those risks so they can ensure their estate passes on as they wish it to. Katie is pleased to assist with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trusts.

Now a Legal Executive specialising in Wills & Probate, Katie was originally on course to be a journalist. At the University of Winchester she was part of a team investigating an alleged miscarriage of justice and her enthusiasm for law was sparked. Katie joined Shentons as a Receptionist over 10 years ago and later became a Paralegal in the Wills and Probate Department. Katie connected with this area of law and went on to undertake her exams while working full time and fully qualified in 2019.

Wanting to further specialise in this area of law, Katie then undertook further training with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) in 2021.
