Chloe is highly knowledgeable, calm, and very thorough. As a result, she has represented clients for a range of criminal offences ranging from road traffic offences through to kidnap, rape, and murder.

Chloe always involves her clients in the strategy of a case; empowering the client to help with decisions on evidence and presentation of the case. They are then prepared for how the court proceedings will look and feel before they reach trial. As well as preparing the cases for her clients, Chloe often uncovers evidence herself. She talks to witnesses, visits locations and instructs detectives to ensure that all lines of enquiry have been followed; her sharp eyes and mind picking up pieces of evidence that others missed.

Unusually for a solicitor, Chloe has achieved higher rights advocacy, normally reserved for barristers. This means she can represent her clients at all levels of court including Crown Court and the Royal Courts of Justice, wearing the esteemed wig and gown. She has also undertaken cases at Bulford Court Martial Centre.

Chloe is a passionate advocate of justice for all and lobbies for improvements to the Criminal Justice System, regularly meeting with MPs and other notable figures. She is the representative for Hampshire criminal law firms on the Local Criminal Justice Board.

She also speaks at regional events on all matters to do with Criminal Law and regularly writes articles on any new developments.

She has practised in Criminal Law since 2005, following her graduations from the University of Nottingham and University of Law. She has been with Shentons since 2012, becoming a partner in 2016.
