About
Chloe is Senior Partner at the firm.
She is a Solicitor Advocate who represents clients at all stages from the police investigation through to their Jury trial at the Crown Court. She is passionate, highly knowledgeable and thorough; fighting for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome in their case.
Leaving no stone unturned, Chloe talks to witnesses, visits locations and instructs experts to ensure that all lines of enquiry have been followed. She involves her clients in the strategy of the case, empowering them to help with decisions on evidence and presentation of their case. They are then prepared for how the court proceedings will look and feel before they attend court.
Access to justice is a key concept for Chloe and she lobbies for improvements to the Criminal Justice System, regularly meeting with MPs and other notable figures. She is the representative for Hampshire criminal law firms on the Local Criminal Justice Board. She was recognised for her contribution with a Law Society award.
She has practised in Criminal Law since 2005, following her graduations from the University of Nottingham and University of Law. She has been with Shentons since 2012, becoming a partner in 2016. Chloe has overall responsibility for the civil, family and criminal litigation departments.
