At Shentons, we understand that these cases are life changing for everyone involved. Investigations can be long and protracted. We are experienced in the instruction of scientific experts; to reconstruct the accident, consider the medical evidence and/or the effect of drink or drugs if they are alleged to have played a part. Visiting the site of the accident can provide valuable insight into what has taken place. The team are mindful throughout that you may be suffering from the symptoms of trauma as a result of events. We work with you to present the best possible case on your behalf.
We offer a fixed fee deal with one of our road traffic team which includes an appointment (up to an hour) and then a follow-up plan advising you on what evidence you should gather for your hearing and how to present your case to the Magistrates. The current fee for this is £350 + VAT.

The quality of work and service was excellent, Michelle is on the ball and responsive to emails, she pushed the other side and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. Despite being thrown some curve balls Michelle remained calm, and dealt with all of them in an efficient but thorough manner. 3 months agoUsed as my duty on the day was amazing then so used them again on sentencing legal aid reject it they done everything to get my legal aid paid for me for the day and I walked out court very happy I had Felicity she’s was amazing will use again if I have 2 and would highly recommend if it had 10 stars I would put 10 stars no jokePosted on Google
