Meet the Road Traffic legal team
The DVLA have wide ranging authority to make enquiries into the physical and mental health of a driver, or revoke a driver’s license. In a fixed fee appointment we can advise you on your prospects of challenging the DVLA decision and the kind of evidence you need to present to retain your license.
We offer a fixed fee deal with one of our road traffic team which includes an appointment (up to an hour) and then a follow-up plan advising you on what evidence you should gather for your hearing and how to present your case to the Magistrates. The current fee for this is £350 + VAT.

2 months agoMichelle and team at Shentons were brilliant at handling our property purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them. The quality of work and service was excellent, Michelle is on the ball and responsive to emails, she pushed the other side and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. Despite being thrown some curve balls Michelle remained calm, and dealt with all of them in an efficient but thorough manner. From quote to completion everything her and her team did was excellent, and in line with the estimate given which for first time buyers allowed us to budget without fear of massive final bill. 2 months agoUsed as my duty on the day was amazing then so used them again on sentencing legal aid reject it they done everything to get my legal aid paid for me for the day and I walked out court very happy I had Felicity she’s was amazing will use again if I have 2 and would highly recommend if it had 10 stars I would put 10 stars no jokePosted on Google
