Children can be labelled as ‘naughty’ at school and excluded or suspended when in fact the behaviour they are exhibiting is a characteristic of their disability or due to their needs not being met properly. In such cases punitive action may not be appropriate and the treatment of your child by the school could be discriminatory.

10 months agoI was involved in criminal case over the course of 4 years, my original solicitor two years into my case then let me down due to conflict of interest, I was then given Shenton’s number. They took my case on and ended up being miles better than my previous solicitor Everyone was so helpful, easy to get hold of, everything was explained to me really well, The matter in hand was rather sensitive to myself and it was a tough defence, and I felt very supported by all staff involved in my case.
