About

Olivia is an efficient and friendly Solicitor in our Family Team. She joined Shentons after completing her law degree at The University of Winchester. She works closely with the Family paralegals, providing a bespoke service for every client.

She deals with a wide variety of family law matters, including domestic abuse, children’s matters, care proceedings, divorce and finances. Olivia has a particular interest in care proceedings, helping clients who are at risk of losing care of their children. Clients in these matters are often particularly vulnerable. Her attention to detail and empathetic manner help to reassure our clients during a very traumatic time in their lives.

Olivia appreciates the friendly team at Shentons and the emphasis on the importance of Legal Aid and access to justice. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024 and we are proud to see how much she has grown since she joined the firm as a secretary in 2021.
