Warm, supportive and down-to-earth, Rachael is a highly respected Solicitor who gives her clients clear advice and focus when they need it most. Rachael began working in family law in 2006 and has since built up formidable experience in assisting and representing clients.

Rachael regularly advises in relation to divorce and finances, co-habitation and children disputes. She confidently handles complex, high conflict cases, including those involving jurisdictional issues, domestic abuse, child injuries/ abuse and Children’s Services involvement.

She is committed to guiding her clients throughout the entire legal process, whether this be court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution. Rachael understands that every case is different and is able to advise in relation to all possible options to achieve the best results. Her dedication, determination and attention to detail puts clients in the most capable hands throughout every stage of their case.

Rachael is a member of Resolution and is accredited to the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, recognising her wealth of experience and knowledge in this field. She has worked as an adjudicator on the Legal Aid Agency’s review panel and is passionate about access to justice. Rachael also supports and mentors staff throughout their legal careers at Shentons, making her a valued leader at the firm.
