We are delighted to announce that Shaun Underhill has been appointed by His Majesty the King as a District Judge on the Western Circuit. His appointment takes effect from the 2nd of January 2025 and he will be based at Basingstoke County and Family Court.
Shaun qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and has been a Deputy District Judge since 2015.
During his tenure at the firm, Shaun has led our Family and Civil Litigation departments and served as our Senior Partner and COLP for several years.
